05 · Questions

Before you submit.

What does it cost to get started?

Our fee is a percentage of what we actually collect — 40%, 35% or 30% depending on the amount recovered — deducted from recovered funds before the balance is remitted to you. Up to $150 in third-party costs related to the judgment may be charged.

What judgments do you enforce?

Money judgments awarded by a court that remain unpaid. The judgment must not have been vacated, satisfied, or assigned to another party, and we do not handle child-support matters.

Do I need to go to court?

No. Enforcement is a post-judgment process — restraints, levies, garnishments and subpoenas — carried out on your behalf. We are an enforcement firm, not a litigation firm; if a matter requires litigation, we'll tell you.

What do I need to submit?

The judgment index number, filing date, amount and court, plus whatever you know about the debtor. The online form walks you through it and includes the client service agreement to sign electronically.
